Personalised and custom-printed products are non-returnable because they're made uniquely for you.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours and we'll replace it free or issue a full refund.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Most items at Artopia Collections are made to order, which means they are printed, assembled, and finished specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, the following items are not eligible for return:

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Here's how:
You don't need to ship the damaged item back unless we specifically ask for it.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are refunded only when the return is due to a defect or our error.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different colour, size, or design, please request a return and place a fresh order once the refund is processed.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins (typically within 2 hours of order placement). Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled because your piece is already being made.
All products come with a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:
Not covered: damage from drops, exposure to heat above 60°C, water damage, or wear and tear from daily use.
