2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Product images are representative. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and 3D printing processes.
• Custom orders are made to specification and may have minor handcrafted variations.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via our payment gateway.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for select pin codes.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days across India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact us with photos of the damage via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
• Custom/personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, logos, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Artopia Collections Private Limited. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artopia Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
